The model number and batch code are usually printed on the warning label or sticker underneath the product frame (such as underneath the bouncer base, on the stroller lower chassis, or beneath the baby bathtub rim). You can also find the exact model code on the original product box and barcode sticker.

Sugarbaby silicone feeding items are made of 100% Food Grade Silicone (FDA approved and BPA Free). They can be cleaned with baby-safe dishwashing liquid and warm water. They are safe for steam sterilizers, UV sterilizers, and boiling water for 3-5 minutes (ensure parts do not touch the pot bottom directly).

First, check that fresh alkaline batteries are installed with the correct polarities (+ / -), or that the supplied AC power adapter is properly plugged into a live wall socket. If the issue persists, our authorized service center can inspect the motor unit and replace any defective component under warranty.
